The #FINDINGU Game and Show set out to entertain and demonstrate a strategic corporate capability - we even gave it a name, “behavioural analytics”. Simply put - when people are engaged and having fun, they reveal a lot about who they are and what motivates them and this “data” gives us a unique perspective on a market or group of people.

So the #FINDINGU Game and Show was designed to engage delegates and measure their participation and identify the “Players”, “Stars”, “Thinkers”, “Observers” and even those difficult “Obscurers” in the crowd.

Key elements were a dedicated website and 2 short quirky videos that would prepare delegates for the fun and the #game, a bespoke #findingu mobile application that would guide and prompt delegates through the experience and measure their participation and our #team who provided personal prompts to participation in each environment. And sixty five costumes ensured that every delegate had a chance to dress up and not only be entertained, but also be a part of the show.
